These terms and conditions (“Autocharge Terms”) govern the use of the Autocharge Service (“Service”) provided by Tecso Chargezone Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in this Service, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.1. Service Description
The Autocharge Service allows electric vehicle (EV) owners to automatically charge their vehicles at our charging stations. Once the User’s vehicle MAC ID is identified and mapped to the User’s account, the Autocharge Service is initiated.

2. User Enrollment
To utilize the Autocharge Service, Users must complete the enrollment process and accept these Autocharge Terms. Enrollment is considered complete when the User’s vehicle MAC ID is successfully mapped to the User’s account and the User has accepted the Autocharge Terms.

3. User Wallet RequirementTo enable the Autocharge Service, Users must maintain a minimum balance of 100 INR in their wallet with us.If the wallet balance falls below 100 INR, the Autocharge Service will be temporarily suspended until the User replenishes the wallet to meet the minimum balance requirement.

4. Service Disabling
Users can disable the Autocharge Service at any time by sending a request via email to chargezone.DOCO@chargezone.co.in. The request must include the User’s account information for verification purposes. The Service will be disabled within 24 hours of receiving a valid request.

5. Liability and Responsibilities
Tecso Chargezone Limited shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the User due to malfunction or misuse of the Autocharge Service.
The User shall be responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information.
Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is compatible with the Autocharge Service and must inform Tecso Chargezone Limited promptly of any changes to their vehicle information.

6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or revise these Autocharge Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to the User in advance through the contact details provided during enrollment, and continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
