1.1  Eligibility

ChargeClub is open to all ChargeZone users with no age or geographic restrictions.

1.2  Enrollment Steps

To join, you must:

• Install the ChargeZone App
• Complete your profile
• Update your vehicle information
• Top up your wallet

1.3  Membership Fee

Membership is free.

1.4  Auto-enrollment

All active ChargeZone app users will be automatically enrolled in ChargeClub upon meeting the enrollment steps.

1.5  Exclusion of Fleet Operators

Fleet operators, transport companies, or any entity managing multiple vehicles for commercial purposes are not eligible to enroll. Such operators must register under the Fleet Operator Program available on our website/app.

1.6  Accuracy of Information

By applying for Membership, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Any misrepresentation — including registering as an individual while operating as a fleet — may result in immediate termination of Membership without notice.

1.7  Consequences of Misrepresentation

Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach. ChargeZone reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate the Membership without notice or compensation
• Revoke any benefits obtained through the Membership
• Recover costs, discounts, or benefits wrongfully obtained
• Deny eligibility for future membership or programs

1.8  Final Decision

The Company's decision in determining whether a Member has engaged in misrepresentation shall be final and binding.

2.1  Tier Levels & Qualification

ChargeClub consists of five tiers based on your annual EV charging usage:

Tier status is determined by your consumption levels over a year, as recorded in the app or on the website.

2.3  Tier Benefits

Members receive exclusive session discounts when redeeming ChargeXPs:

2.4  Tier Validity & Downgrades

• To maintain your tier, you must meet the minimum annual energy consumption for that tier.
• If consumption falls below the required threshold, Membership may be downgraded to the appropriate lower tier.
• Adjustments are determined solely by the Company's records and may be applied automatically without notice.
• Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, resold, shared, or commercially exploited.

3.1  Earning ChargeXPs

Earn 5 ChargeXPs for every 1 unit of energy charged using the ChargeZone app.

3.2  Existing ChargeXPs

• Existing ChargeXPs will be upgraded at the rate of 1 ChargeXP → 5 ChargeXPs upon ChargeClub launch.
• They will expire one year after the launch date.

3.3  New ChargeXPs

Earned ChargeXPs will expire one year from the date they are earned.

3.4  Usage

ChargeXPs can be redeemed for:

• Charging session discounts (based on your tier)
• Exclusive coupons and partner offers within the app

4.1  Sign-up Bonus (From 1 September 2025)

• 500 ChargeXPs for first-time ChargeClub sign-ups after 31 August 2025
• One-time benefit per non-member only
• ChargeXPs credited instantly after successful enrollment
• ChargeXPs expire one year from the date earned

4.2  Tier Upgrade Rewards

Earn additional ChargeXPs when upgrading tiers:

Maintain a monthly charging streak of 40 units to earn:

5.1  Transferability

ChargeXPs are personal to the Member and strictly non-transferable. They may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred between accounts or individuals.

5.2  Multiple Accounts

A Member may maintain up to 3 Memberships, provided each is linked to a separate and valid ChargeZone account. Benefits, ChargeXPs, and rewards cannot be combined or merged across accounts.

5.3  Abuse & Fraud

ChargeZone reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel ChargeXPs, suspend benefits, or terminate Memberships where it reasonably suspects:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Misuse of promotions or rewards
• Any activity that manipulates program benefits

5.4  Account Suspension

ChargeZone retains the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any Membership or account engaged in suspicious, abusive, or prohibited activities. Such suspension may result in forfeiture of accumulated ChargeXPs and loss of tier benefits, without any liability to ChargeZone.

6.1  Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

6.2  Amendments

ChargeZone reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the ChargeZone app and website.

7.1  Data Collection

By enrolling in ChargeClub, you acknowledge and agree that ChargeZone may collect, store, and process personal information — including contact details, account information, and vehicle-related data — for the purposes of operating, administering, and improving ChargeClub services.

7.2  Privacy Policy

All personal data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the ChargeZone Privacy Policy. By participating in ChargeClub, you consent to such collection and use, and agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
